Delivered to date

Have trained over 1,880 youth from disadvantaged backgrounds, currently employing 650 people with more than 400 program graduates. Generated over $8.2m in revenue since inception, including US$2.3m in FY10, with earned revenue covering business costs since 2005.

Impact

More than 400 program graduates, earning over four times the average regional wage, totalling an estimated +$20 million increase in lifetime earnings.

BIG PLANS

Empower individuals to break the cycle of poverty and become leaders in their emerging economies, creating lasting impact for their families and communities. In so doing, demonstrate efficacy of using IT/BPO outsourcing as a mechanism for sustainable growth in developing countries around the world.
