BUSINESS MODEL
Use a profitable medium-sized (~500 ha) farm as a vocational school for farmers of proven aptitude. WVI hires day labourers, recruits the top into a training program and gives them a farm, a house on a land trust and the necessary oxen and equipment.

Delivered to date
300 hectares under irrigated cultivation, employing up to 1,000 people and generating about US$700k in profits per year.
